Carved in Stone: A 200-Year Legacy In the 1860s, young Ganpat Mahadev Kenjale moved to Pune, starting as a construction laborer. He soon mastered stonework, securing government contracts and gaining a reputation for building large stone bridges with timely, high-quality delivery.

In 1993, Kailas Kenjale and his brothers founded a real estate development company as first-generation entrepreneurs. Thus began a journey that would leave a lasting mark on Pune's geography.
